Thank You From Wishes & More®

Dear Car Donation Foundation,

Thank you for your generous contribution of $3,236.42 to Wishes & More®. As you know, your gift supports our mission of granting wishes and scholarships to kids with terminal and life-threatening conditions and our memorial grant program for the parents of children who did not survive to have their wish come true.

A wish story we think you will enjoy is about Abby. Abby is a 14-year-old struggling with a unique heart condition that obstructs the outflow of blood from her heart to her lungs. Other than her unique conditions, Abby is a very typical teenager who loves shopping, sports and hanging with her friends. When Wishes & More met with Abby, she shared her bedroom was small and she didn’t have the space needed to do her homework and to keep her things organized. Wishes & More sprang into action and took on her space-design challenge with enthusiasm. We purchased new furniture; including a desk, chair and bookshelf; added a chandelier, new paint, and curtains, and threw in some décor elements and – voila- the petite room became a perfect bedroom fit for a teen queen!
