Thank You From Make-A-Wish Middle Tennessee

I would like to thank you for your thoughtful contribution to Make-A-Wish Middle Tennessee. Your gift of $1,109.94 was received on November 20, 2018 and will help make wishes come true for Middle Tennessee children who face critical illnesses.

For seriously ill children, the wonder and delight of childhood can seem lost I routines of doctors, hospitals, and pain. But we can turn that around, helping children think beyond the experience of illness by bringing their most heartfelt wish to life. A wish gives children renewed energy and strength, brings families closer together and unites communities. When a wish is granted, a child replaces fear with confidence, sadness with joy and anxiety with hope.

Seven-year-old Moses loves being outside. His face lights up on beautiful, sunny days and in the company of nature. Due to physical limitations from the two rare, neurological disorders from which he suffers, it can be difficult for Moses to participate in outdoor activities with his family. His new cargo bike allows him to safely go on bike rides with his family. A wish gives children renewed energy and strength and brings families closer together.

There are a few experiences more powerful than making a wish come true. Thanks to your support we are one step closer to creating life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses.
