Dear Car Donation Foundation:

Your donation matters. This year more than 150,000 children will be living proof of that.

More than 2,500 of them will be brought to our Trauma Center, many with life-threating injuries. Some patients will need ongoing treatment for chronic diseases, while more than 300 of them will learn they have cancer. More than 16,500 will need surgery, and another 85,000 will come through the doors of our Emergency Department. Some patients will need a life-saving transplant. Others may need life-changing treatment of therapy.

Every patient has a different story. What they all have in common is that they get world-class care at Phoenix Children’s, and you help make the possible. Thank you for Car Donation Foundation’s generous gift of $52,233.17.

Would-class care means having physicians who specialize in even the rarest of diseases. It means having the most up-to-date technology, participates in innovative research the helps us find answers, and leading the way when it comes to treatment of hundreds of diseases, disorders and injuries. These are just some of the ways donations to the Phoenix Children’s Hospital Foundation help our patients- ways you have helped a child.

But children also have unique needs. That’s why our staff is dedicated solely to children, and why we offer the services that make their stay here easier; a school, our Child Life Zone, pet therapy, a family health library, camps, and child life philanthropy, and more reasons why your donation maters.

We couldn’t do what we do without you. Our patients deserve the very best. We wouldn’t have it any other way, and we know you wouldn’t either. For that we are sincerely grateful.
