I am delighted to accept your gift of $19,400.40. Your generosity strengthens our mission and transforms that lives of children in Northeastern & Central California and Northern Nevada, like Lyric, battling critical illnesses.

A wish-come-true empowers and transforms the lives of anyone who plays a part. Five-year-old Lyric is a spunky young girl who adores royal princesses and her puppy named Panda. Lyric’s diagnosis with Leukemia was determined after Lyric began experiencing body aches and inability to walk on her own. She immediately began chemotherapy treatment following her diagnosis after a tremendous battle, has recently entered remission! Lyric is full of energy again and was thrilled to begin her wish journey.

Lyric’s special day at the Wishing Place was one she will always remember. Ultimately, Lyric decided that her perfect wish was to have a shopping spree! Lyric loved spending the day picking out her favorite wish list items with her family and seeing her heartfelt wish come to life after a long battle with leukemia.

A wish gives children hope for brighter days and strength to fight their illnesses.
